Zu dem Apokalyptischen "Fallen Earth" gibt es nun ein Preview bei GameMethod.com. Einen kleinen Auszug zu dem Preview bieten wir euch hier, den Rest in der Quelle.
As a player of Fallen Earth, there are plenty of things to do: crafting, driving vehicles, PvP, PvE, town building, economics, etc. Fallen Earth promises a ton of interactivity. Characters have skills resembling those found in Ultima Online such as swordsmanship, animal taming, cartography, as well as a mix of future technology like vehicle engineering and biotechnology. The entire list was deemed top secret, but we’re assured there will be lots of goodies. Crafting will take an essential role in gameplay, as players must first discover lost technologies (or create new ones), then craft objects using these technologies. As a crafter, you’ll establish your own trade routes, item organization, and shop keeping. A crafter is a vital addition to any clan and/or town that will inhabit the world. Characters will be able to unlock new technologies as they progress through the game and discover new things. Consequently, the technology for a buggy car may not even be available for six months after the game’s launch until players discover the skills needed to create a buggy.
